Charlotte is a clinical fellow and PhD student at the School of Dental Sciences, Newcastle University. Her research interests are in urgent dental care, care pathways and barriers to dental care seeking, as well as dental local anaesthesia. She is currently funded by the National Institute of Health Research for the IMPACT Study (https://fundingawards.nihr.ac.uk/award/DRF-2017-10-022).
She graduated with a BDS (Hons) from Newcastle University in 2013, and also was awarded a MRes with Distinction in Medical Sciences in 2012. She is President Elect for the Dental Anaesthesiology Group for the International Association for Dental Research.
