My main research interest lies in the scientific study of sleep and lucid dreams. My PhD thesis is investigating lucid dream induction methods and individual differences in lucid dreaming frequency. I'm particularly interested in external stimulation induction methods (light, tactile, audio) and understanding the required characteristics for successful stimulus incorporation into the dream content.
