Dr. John Lee is an adjunct professor at the University of Sydney and a senior fellow at the United States Studies Centre and Hudson Institute in Washington DC. From 2016-2018, he was senior adviser to Foreign Minister Julie Bishop and also the lead ministerial adviser for the 2017 Foreign Policy White Paper. He received his Masters and Doctorate degrees in International Relations from the University of Oxford.
