I have a Bachelor of Economics, a Masters of Public Health, a PhD and I'm a full-time health economist and team lead (Health economics) at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. I have adjunct appointments at The University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology. I have over 15 years of research experience performing economic evaluations, decision-analytic modelling and applied health economic research. Most recently, I have undertaken research in the areas of supportive care programs for cancer survivors, skin cancer economics, nursing care and assessing the economic value of clinical genomics applications.
