Dr Dorothy Wardale is the Deputy Director of MBA programs in the Faculty of Business and Law at Curtin University. Prior to becoming an academic Dorothy worked as a consultant in the executive education area for over 25 years largely in the construction and resource sectors and the State government. She has extensive experience in business development, curriculum design, delivery, executive coaching and evaluation of corporate programs.
She has also conducted reviews, written university curriculum for face to face and online programs, and coached senior staff and executives.
Dorothy is passionate about process. This extends to facilitation of groups, research methodologies, managing transitions and change and leadership development strategies.
