I see science as discovering and exploring how the physical and psychological worlds work together. I completed my PhD in sleep, chronobiology, neuroimaging and performance at the University of Birmingham and am currently a Research Fellow exploring the neuronal mechanisms of sleep disorders in mental health.
My passions lie in learning, understanding and applying sleep and circadian neurobiology to a range of different aspects of improving health, well-being and performance in the real world.
