SEATTLE, Jan. 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TikTeck, the new brand launched at CES offering consumers “Factory Technology Direct” IoT gadgets priced at 30-70% less than comparable name-brand products, today announces presale for its TikTeck Smart LED Lightbulb priced at $9.99 and available only at www.TikTeck.com.
The TikTeck Smart LED Lightbulb offers a spectrum of 16M color and brightness choices controlled by a companion app for iOS and Android devices. TikTeck bulb also pioneers the market by offering Bluetooth mesh connectivity, which self-extends the network and interconnects all of the bulbs, allowing users to control up to 64 bulbs with a single device.
In 2016 TikTeck plans to launch 10+ products in 2016 across IoT, smart home, and health/wellness categories, including a WiFi security rover, telepresence robot, Bluetooth-enabled smart home lock, smart plug for appliance automation/remote control, smart bathroom scale, heart-rate monitoring smart ring, and more.
“Name brand electronics come with higher price tags due to retail gouging, planned obsolescence, over-the-top packaging and big budget marketing, coupled with margins required by big box retail stores. Our goal is to completely disrupt the market by shipping products “Factory Technology Direct” to consumers at a fraction of the cost,” said TikTeck founder Rex Chen.
While TikTeck is a new brand, for the last 10 years its management team has been at the helm of multiple IoT product development and manufacturing companies including KeeProduct, a leading designer and manufacturer supplying private brand/OEM electronics for Walmart, Argos, Tesco, JCPenney and more.
Don’t believe a sub-$10 smart bulb can do all of this? TikTeck is so confident their Smart LED Lightbulb will stack up, and in most cases surpass its pricey competition, we challenge any and all interested parties to do a side-by-side comparison to the likes of Philips Hue, GE Link, LIFX LED, TCP Smart Lighting or any of the myriad products on the market today.
