(NYSE:MXF) announced today that it will conduct its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on March 6, 2018, for stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 24, 2018. The meeting will be held at 10:00 am CST at the John Jacob Boardroom of The St. Regis Houston Hotel, on the Mezzanine Level, located at 1919 Briar Oaks Lane, Houston, Texas, 77027, for the following purposes:
- To elect two Directors to serve as Class I Directors for three year terms and until their successors are duly elected and qualify; and
- To transact such other business that may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
