Throughout her career and as CEO of ReachLocal, Sharon Rowlands has been a tireless advocate for helping women become successful business leaders.

In addition, she co-developed a research study on female CEOs and directors with Sabra Brock, the interim dean of Touro Graduate School of Business in New York. The study revealed the importance of mentors, with 82% of CEO respondents stating that a mentor played an important role in their careers.
