CARROLLTON, Texas, Feb. 23, 2016 -- RealManage announced today that Kevin McDonald has been named as Director of Community Association Management for RealManage's Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas market.

New to the industry, Mr. Kevin McDonald began working with RealManage in 2010 in the Community Association Management Group as a Community Association Inspector in the Dallas/Fort Worth branch where he performed deed restriction violation inspections for various communities throughout the metroplex. Eager to learn more about the industry and take on additional responsibilities, he was then promoted to Assistant Community Association Manager in 2012 where he assisted Community Association Managers on over 35 communities. At the end of 2014, Kevin completed his CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) Certification which led to a promotion to Community Association Manager at the beginning of 2015.
Kevin is a Dallas, Texas native and currently pursuing his AMS (Association Management Specialist) Certification, PCAM (Professional Community Certification Manager) Certification as well as a degree in Business Administration at DeVry University.
