NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2018 -- Full-service agency Rauxa today announced that it has appointed Autumn Berrang as its new SVP, Account Services. Berrang is based in Rauxa’s New York office and will lead several client teams including Frontpoint Home Security and new clients Bahlsen and Lansinoh Laboratories. She will report directly to Rauxa Chief Client Officer Nanci Leos.
As Social Media Agency of Record (AOR) for international food company Bahlsen, Rauxa is focused on driving brand awareness and social engagement while supporting U.S. market expansion. The agency is also leading a new global brand campaign for Lansinoh Laboratories, geared toward expectant and new mothers, a sweet spot for Rauxa as the country’s largest woman-owned independent ad agency.
“We’re excited to have a leader like Autumn join our team. Her entrepreneurial spirit matches our roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic that resides at every level of the agency,” said Gina Alshuler, President & CEO of Rauxa. “She’s an expert at building brands and driving results.”
In 2013, Berrang founded Adjective & Co., a boutique branding and advertising agency she now co-owns and which was recently named one of Inc. Magazine’s 50 Best Workplaces in the nation. Berrang is an entrepreneur with extensive experience providing strategic leadership to top brands including the New York Islanders, HP Enterprise Business, Milk-Bone, Hidden Valley Ranch and more. She also co-founded and branded Whalebone Media, which rethinks how to engage consumers in print, experiential and on digital platforms. Prior to her entrepreneurial start, Berrang held roles at marketing and advertising agencies Rapp and FCB.
“I’m excited to join a team with so many other amazing women at the helm and with diversity and female empowerment as bedrocks of the agency. It’s so refreshing to see in this industry,” said Berrang. “As Rauxa continues to gain momentum, I’m proud to be part of building that story with the agency’s strong roster of client partners.”
Berrang is a graduate of University of North Florida and lives in New York with her husband and two daughters.
