DENVER, Feb. 14, 2018 -- QEP Resources, Inc. (NYSE:QEP) announced today that the financial and operational results release scheduled for Wednesday February 21, 2018, and the conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial and operational results scheduled for Thursday, February 22, 2018, have been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 28 after market close, and Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. ET (7:00 a.m. MT), respectively. The Company is rescheduling in order to allow additional time to finalize its 2018 business plans and strategy to deliver long-term shareholder returns.

QEP will host a teleconference and webcast to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2017 results beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET (7:00 a.m. MT) on Thursday, March 1, 2018.
