COSTA MESA, Calif., May 05, 2017 -- Profit Recovery Partners, LLC (PRP) announced today that Lisa Dunlap has been named Director of the firm’s Business Intelligence department. In her new role, Ms. Dunlap is expected to continue leading PRP’s efforts to improve the scalability of the firm’s data analytics tools.
Ms. Dunlap joined PRP in 2015, and assisted in building the Business Intelligence department team from the ground up. The department’s primary responsibility at the time was creating PRP’s proprietary dashboard technology, which the firm provides as a value-add service offering to help clients track their managed expense in real time and uncover additional savings opportunities. Since then, PRP’s service offering for its dashboard technology has increased from 20 to over 200 expense areas, with dashboards being utilized by over 60% of PRP’s clients. Under Ms. Dunlap’s leadership, the Business Intelligence team has also assisted several other PRP departments in improving their workflows through data warehousing and automation projects.
PRP CEO Don Steiner said about Ms. Dunlap’s achievements: “PRP’s dashboards have revolutionized the way we present cost savings analyses to our clients, and they are now considered a must-have tool by almost all of our clients that utilize them. We could not have provided this invaluable service to our clients without Lisa’s technical savvy and her exemplary project management skills.”
