‘One Piece’ chapter 975: Luffy, Kidd and Law battles Beast Pirates, Denjiro and Hiyori might make their move

A spectacular naval battle is going to start in “One Piece” chapter 975. Kaido’s men will be up against the combined forces of the Worst Generation's Luffy, Kidd, and Law while Kajuro will do his best to deliver Momonosuke to Orochi.

Just has previous “One Piece” manga spoilers predicted, Orochi and Kaido eventually got wind of the time-traveling feat of Momonosuke and some of the Scabbards. “Toki’s powers were real after all! Kinemon, Kanjuro, Raizo, Kikunojo, Momonosuke, the five of them have leapt into the present from that very day 20 years ago,” Orochi told Kaido.

Kaido was initially doubtful on Orochi’s news until he revealed his source. The information actually came from one of the Nine Red Scabbards, Kanjuro.

As explained by Orochi, Kanjuro was obsessed with acting. Kanjuro is a member of the Kurozumi clan just like Orochi. When the Shogun ordered Kanjuro to live as a Kozuki, he gladly accepted the task.

“His only please is in becoming another person,” Orochi explained to Kaido. “He was fully prepared to die alongside Oden. He has no mind of his own. He lived has as a perfect vassal of Kozuki until I stopped him.”

Meanwhile, Momonosuke and the scabbards were on their way to Onigashima on board a rowboat. They still can’t believe that their plans were thwarted and started to suspect that one of them might be a traitor.

Kanjuro solved the puzzle to everyone’s surprise. “Let us clear it all up now by acknowledging that it was me,” he told the rest telling them that he did not hate either of them but he had continually sent information to Orochi. “My name is Kurozumi Kanjuro, need I say more?”

Seemingly out of nowhere, Beast Pirate ships appeared. The rest of the Scabbard later learned that the real Kanjuro was never left the shore and that Momonosuke was with him. Apparently, he was using a Devil Fruit ability to fool the others.

Just when all hope seemed lost, Luffy appeared. Apparently, the Thousand Sunny survived the Beasts Pirates' bombing. What’s even more exciting is that Luffy brought new allies with him. Eustass "Captain" Kid was with him along with the Kid Pirates

Now that he personally blew his cover, Kanjuro will need to disappear as well, in “One Piece” 975. With Momonosuke in his possession, the other Scabbards will do their best to intercept him before he could hand over Oden’s child to Orochi.
