(Nasdaq:MLVF) (the "Company"), parent company of Malvern Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that it is reintroducing its insurance subsidiary, Malvern Insurance Associates, LLC. The company will offer commercial insurance; life, health and long-term care insurance; and fixed annuities in its traditional Philadelphia Main Line geography and from its new offices in Morristown, N.J., and Quakertown, Pa. The Quakertown office, which will serve customers in Bucks and Montgomery counties and the Lehigh Valley, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2017.
