Dayton, Ohio, April 07, 2016 -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions, today announced the promotion of an experienced Senior Project Director to a key leadership position within the Dayton-based Advanced Technology Group (ATG) of MacB.
Cindy Martin has been promoted to Vice President for the System Development Operations (SDO) Division, reporting directly to ATG’s Senior Vice President and General Manager Timothy Lawrence. SDO is one of four operating divisions within ATG that provides technical services supporting research, engineering and acquisition for customers including the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC).
Martin is responsible for the continued development and growth of an organization that executes more than $22 million in revenue and manages more than 130 engineers, acquisition specialists and researchers. Her diverse portfolio provides specialty engineering services for critical weapon systems, support for forward-looking research programs at the Air Force Institute of Technology, and numerous research and development programs for AFRL. Since arriving at MacB in August 2014, Ms. Martin has reorganized and refocused business and program operations and has increased emphasis on business development and strategic partnering. Ms. Martin has more than 20 years of experience providing innovative engineering and program solutions at various Department of Defense companies in the Wright Patterson Air Force Base arena and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), earning accreditation from the Project Management Institute® in 2007. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Factors Engineering at Wright State University in 1988, and also attended Miami University in Ohio.
