In this newly created role, Smolarski is charged with driving operational efficiencies and building consistency across the sales organization, creating an improved customer experience.
Prior to joining MRP, Smolarski spent more than 12 years at IPC Systems, where he held various executive roles, including senior vice president of global sales and operations, and senior vice president of global information technology. During his tenure at IPC Systems, Smolarski led multiple strategic programs to maximize company performance, drive revenue, and use technology to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience. Smolarski was responsible for all IT strategy development and execution, including apps, network, infrastructure, integration, and security, through divestitures as well as six major acquisitions. He led the enterprise-wide implementation of technology platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and Salesforce.com. Under his leadership, Smolarski led his global sales and operations teams to double digit growth in revenue and profitability.
