EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Dec. 28, 2017 -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NASDAQ:LMRK) is mourning the loss of Ronald W. Readmond, a member of the general partner’s Board of Directors, who recently passed away. He served as an independent director and member of the audit committee since the Partnership’s inception.
“We are deeply saddened by the news of Ron’s passing and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was a valued member of the general partner’s Board, and his insight and contributions to the success of the Partnership will be truly missed,” said Tim Brazy, Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership’s general partner.
