Rising South Korean actress Kim Hye Yoon is set to star alongside Lomon in her upcoming drama, following her successful role in the tvN hit Lovely Runner. Lomon, who gained widespread recognition for his role in Netflix's All of Us Are Dead, will play Kim’s new on-screen partner in a story centered on mythological themes.
In this fantasy romance, Kim Hye Yoon takes on the role of a gumiho, a nine-tailed fox from Korean folklore that resists becoming human. Fans are eagerly anticipating how her chemistry with Lomon will compare to her previous partnership with Byeon Woo Seok, which captivated viewers in Lovely Runner as the "Sol-Seon Couple."
Known for her versatility, Kim has tackled a wide range of roles, from a gritty teen to a complex historical character. Her transformation into the mythical gumiho adds another dimension to her repertoire, sparking curiosity among her fanbase.
The success of Kim’s past work, combined with the growing popularity of Lomon, has led to inevitable comparisons between Byeon Woo Seok and her new co-star. Some fans are already debating whether this new drama will eclipse the "Sol-Seon Syndrome" that took Korean audiences by storm.

As anticipation builds, Kim remains a strong contender for the Best Actress Award at the October Netizen Awards, amassing over 10,000 votes as of October 14.
