To start, John Hartley joined IRYStec as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Hartley has 25 years of demonstrated success developing client relationships in international markets for semiconductor components and IP. This background fits well with IRYStec’s goal of licensing its software to display device manufacturers in Asia, USA and Europe. John has recently brought on board Intralinks which provides market-entry and business development expertise for companies expanding into Asia. IRYStec sales in China will be led by Intralink’s Stewart Randall and Kyle Sullivan, based in Shanghai, both with extensive experience building technology sales in China. To address one of the fastest growing markets for mobile phones IRYStec has also attracted the technical sales expertise of Ganesh Sadasivam as Director of Sales in India. Ganesh has experience in software development and for the last 10 years leading Digital Light Projector (DLP) business development for Texas Instruments in India. Earlier this year IRYStec also signed a business partnership with Axellence in Germany led by Managing Director Bernd Schuelter. Axellence is a sales representative company addressing the European market with extensive experience in selling and supporting component sales to automotive companies. To accelerate IRYStec’s commercialization plans IRYStec closed $2M in financing mid-year lead by BDC Capital and shortly after the Economic Development Agency of Canada also awarded $185,000 in financial assistance.
