UNIONDALE, N.Y., May 31, 2017 -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (Nasdaq:FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the “Bank”), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.18 per common share, payable on June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 12, 2017.
