Blockchain payment platform Veem announces integration with QuickBooks

Veem, a global payment service provider, has announced a new integration with QuickBooks Online which will help QuickBooks users and accounting professionals streamline the process of making international payments.

With this integration, users will be able to automatically sync vendor bills in QuickBooks with Veem for international wire transfers, saving time and money while enabling them to maintain supplier relationships and focus on growing their businesses. The announcement was made during Money2020 Europe conference, CoinDesk reported.

Veem, previously Align Commerce, says that users of its services will now get those services at a reduced cost. Also, users can presently send and receive money from 24 countries through the service that has the ability to transact in multiple currencies.

Veem was rebranded from Align Commerce and raised $24 million in a Series B funding round earlier this March. The funding intended to ease global payments for small businesses. Also, last December, the company established a payment rail to the United Kingdom, enabling businesses in the UK to send money to the US and over 60 other countries.
