VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., May 03, 2018 -- Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYSE:AHH) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the second quarter of 2018. The second quarter dividend will be paid in cash on July 5, 2018 to stockholders of record on June 27, 2018.
