Rofhiwa is a scholar in the areas of International, Political and Government Communication. She holds qualifications in Media and International Relations from Wits and a PhD in Communication Management from the University of Pretoria. Rofhiwa is a reader of decolonial literature, blackness, neo-colonial and neoliberal literature in understanding the coloniality of the global structure and global capitalism that is unequal and unjust.
