Raymond Trau is a Lecturer in the School of Management and a member of The Centre for People, Organisation and Work at RMIT University. He earned his Ph.D in Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Monash University (Melbourne, Australia). His research focuses on workplace diversity, stigma and stigmatisation in the workplace, job and career experiences of LGBTI employees, mentoring and corporate social responsibility.
