I am an applied psychologist with two main areas of research:
Non-technical skills (social and cognitive skills necessary to maintain safety) in aviation, farming and industry. My current research includes investigating NTS in helicopter crews and examining risk perception in UK farmers.
Rudeness at work. My current research is focused on examining the impact of social norms and environmental context on the perception of rudeness.
I am also interested in student employability and the impact of stress on work performance.
