Dr. Jerad A Ford is an innovation manager and strategist with nearly two decades of experience across industry, academia and government. For a decade, Jerad managed research and development programs for clients in a range of sectors including oil and gas, renewable energy and defence. In the five following years at the University of Queensland Business School, he studied the links between innovation and business performance in a range of contexts and settings, from small businesses to industrial ‘megaprojects’. He is currently a manager of strategic advisory services with Australia's national science agency, The CSIRO, where helps clients create sustainable growth and competitive advantage by harnessing science, technology and innovation.
