I am a Lecturer in Exercise and Health at Ulster University in Northern Ireland. I graduated from the University of Bath with a PhD in Exercise Physiology. My research focuses on the health benefits of high-intensity interval training, with a particular focus on carbohydrate metabolism and glycaemic control.
