Dr Ndibalema is a lecturer at the University of Birmingham, Department of Management. Previously he was a teaching fellow at the University of Bath, where he was nominated for the postgraduate teacher of the year award.
He obtained his PhD in Management at the University of Bath, in 2018 and his MBA (Finance) at the Open University of Tanzania in 2010.. He is passionate about teaching and research in economics and human resource management and has presented his quantitatively based research on human resources outcomes such as employee turnover and work engagement at a variety of conferences.
