Dans le cadre d'un mandat de deux ans à titre de cadre en résidence à l’École de gestion John-Molson (JMSB- Concordia), Mme Champoux-Paillé entend poursuivre sa mission de plus de trente ans soit veiller consacrer à la promotion de l’égalité des femmes dans le milieu des affaires. Elle espère unir les efforts des étudiantes, des étudiants, des chercheuses et des chercheurs, et les aider à cerner des mesures concrètes pour aller de l’avant.
Économiste, titulaire d’une maîtrise en administration des affaires et en muséologie avec la mention d'excellence ainsi que d’une certification en gouvernance, Madame Champoux-Paillé enseigne la gouvernance et la gestion des risques à l’UQÀM depuis 2012. Outre de siéger au Centre hospitalier universitaire de Ste-Justine, elle participe aux conseils d’administration de la Société d’assurance automobile du Québec, de la Société du parc Jean-Drapeau, de l’IQPF et de l’Ordre des architectes du Québec. Elle s'est distinguée par une participation à plus d'une cinquantaine de conseils d'administration. Présidente-fondatrice du Bureau des services financiers du Québec, l’ancêtre de l’Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec (AMF), elle fut pionnière au sein de postes de haute direction et présidente de quelques associations notamment le Cercle des administrateurs de sociétés certifiés (ASC), de l'Association des MBA du Québec, de l'Association des enfants atteints de cancer et de leucémie ( Leucan) et d'Accès 51, comité de la Chambre de commerce du Grand Montréal visant à la promotion des femmes au sein des conseils d'administration. Ses travaux de recherche et son engagement dans la société québécoise visent à améliorer la gouvernance, l’éthique et la présence des femmes dans les hautes instances organisationnelles
