Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Immigration Politics & Policy, University of Sussex

Erica Consterdine is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Politics and Sussex Centre for Migration Research at the University of Sussex, working under a 7th framework research titled temporary versus permanent migration (TEMPER). She recently defended her doctoral thesis with the title Interests, Ideas and Institutions: Explaining Immigration Policy Change in Britain 1997-2010, from the University of Sussex. Erica's research focuses on immigration policy and policymaking across Western Europe. Prior to completing her thesis she obtained an undergraduate in Sociology, MA in Migration Studies and an MSc in Research Methods.
