I am a critical property scholar, interested in the intersection of property, custom, community, and landscape. Current research projects include a study of diverse property, a theorisation of the public estate, and an historical review of the legal geography of the commons. I am the author of 'Property Diversity and Its Implications' (Routledge, 2017) and my journal articles have appeared in leading law journals such as the UNSW Law Journal and Griffith Law Review (Australia), the New Zealand Universities Law Review (NZ) and the Ecology Law Quarterly (US).
