Florine Livat a obtenu son doctorat en 2005 à l’Université de Reims. Ses travaux de recherche relèvent de la microéconomie appliquée et concernent essentiellement le fonctionnement des marchés en situation d’information imparfaite, en particulier les marchés du vin. Elle s’intéresse notamment aux phénomènes de réputation et d’expertise, ainsi qu’à la dynamique des prix. Elle a publié des articles académiques dans des revues françaises et internationales : Food Policy, Applied Economics, Economics Bulletin, Economie et Prévision, Applied Economics Letters, Wine Economics and Policy, International Journal of Wine Business Research. Florine a travaillé plusieurs années en tant que chargée d’études économiques pour un courtier en vins à Bordeaux, avant de rejoindre KEDGE Business School en 2006. Membre de l’American Association of Wine Economics, elle est également l’un des membres fondateurs du groupe de recherche Bordeaux Wine Economics. A KEDGE Business School, Florine a été responsable académique du mastère spécialisé Management des Vins et Spiritueux entre 2007 et 2011. Actuellement Professeur Associé, elle enseigne en français et en anglais, du niveau bachelor au MBA, les principes de micro-économie, l'économie du vin, ainsi que la méthodologie de la recherche et l’économétrie.
