After the success of its first season, American Crime Story has returned for a second season and they are back with more stories to fascinate us. Loyal viewers are more than excite to start binge watching the hit TV series. And do not worry if you haven't watched the first season yet because just like 'American Horror Story', it will be a different story, different setting, but the same cast playing a different characters.
The first season was set at Modesto, California and now season 2 will be in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this fictional town, controversial stories about the private school system is tackled, more specifically that of a sexual assault to one of their student who is allegedly drugged and assaulted by the basketball team. The production team has released their trailer and the first scene is that of a woman reporting a rape and then the basketball court is shown in the next frame. So expect that basketball will be talked about in this season.
So who will play the alleged victim? The answer is Connor Jessup. He will play the role of Taylor Blaine, a student of Leyland who got suspended for the outbreak of his undressed pictures. He will be supported by his mother Anne Blaine (Lili Taylor).
Timothy Hutton will play the team's coach Dan Sullivan, who is more concerned about taking videos of his daughter than taking responsibility of the actions of his players outside court. Felicity Huffman will be Leslie Graham, who is the school's headmaster who will do her best to stop the ''rumor'' from spreading so as not to affect her fundraising.
With all that mentioned, I bet all you fans out there are more than excited to watch the season of 'American Crime Story' on ABC at 10pm.
