‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10’s episode 10, entitled “The Property Division Collision” will feature Leonard getting into another fight with Sheldon over their shared possessions after the two are no longer roommates. Meanwhile, Stuart moves back into the Wolowitz’s home much to Howard’s annoyance.
According to International Business Times, the brief synopsis for episode 10 reads, “Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) must divide their possessions and remove Penny's (Kaley Cuoco) things from 4B.” The incoming episode will put an even wider rift between the two former roommates as they struggle with the division of their shared possessions.
Sheldon, who thinks highly of himself, will naturally fight to keep the best things leaving Leonard with scraps. According to Christian Today, it was leaked that Sheldon will offer Leonard a avocado plant while he keeps a valuable sword prompting Leonard to call Sheldon out for being unfair.
As the fight escalates, Sheldon will rent out Leonard and Penny’s apartment for a dollar a night to an old man portrayed by Christopher Lloyd of ‘Back to the Future’ fame.
Meanwhile, Howard (Simon Helberg) and Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) are set to deal with Stuart (Kevin Sussman) as he moves back in with them. They find out that Stuart has been evicted from his home and has nowhere to stay, much to Howard’s annoyance.
Stuart was tasked at taking care of Howard’s mother in season 7. Unfortunately for Howard, the two grew close as they developed a strange relationship. After Mrs. Wolowitz’s death in season 8, Stuart continued living in their home until he found his own place in season 9.
It seems that Stuart will happily play the third wheel all over again in the incoming episode. He and Raj (Kunal Nayyar) will also get competitive over who can take care of the Wolowitzes and their unborn child better.
‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10’s episode 10 is scheduled to air on CBS on December 1, 2016. It was directed by Mark Cendrowski. It will be followed by episode 11, entitled “The Birthday Synchronicity”, scheduled for December 15.
