Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom will be having their baby daughter this summer and among the things they are preparing for is what they will call her.

According to OK! magazine's June 1, 2020 issue, the Roar singer wants to call her either Pearl or Hudson after her grandmother, Ann Pearl Hudson, who recently died.

The information was revealed to the magazine by a friend of Katy, who shared that her baby girl has been kicking quite a lot.

The 35-year-old American Idol judge and her fiance, 43-year-old Bloom, were recently spotted spending the Memorial Day weekend at the Butterfly Beach in Montecito, California.

Katy was enjoying the sun while showing off her baby bump while Bloom was enjoying the waves with an electric-powered surfboard.

The friend also told OK! that Katy feels very blessed with what has been happening in her life especially with the soon to be born baby girl.

Both Katy and Bloom have always wanted to have a family together and Katy even admitted that it was not an accident that she got pregnant. And, they both can't wait for the birth of their daughter.

The baby girl will be Katy's first child while it will be a second for Bloom who shares nine-year-old son, Flynn, with his ex, Miranda Kerr.

It has been revealed that the two, who met in 2016, were planning to get married last March after they announced that it will be postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Both have been married once with Katy marrying Russel Brand in 2010 and Bloom tying the knot with Kerr also in 2010.

They had initially broken up after dating for a year in 2017 but were back in each other’s arms before the year could end.

Bloom had proposed to Katy during last year’s Valentine’s Day, and Katy announced her pregnancy last March.
