Warner Bros. is offering limited-edition NFT bundles of the 1978 classic, 'Superman: The Movie', accompanied by an innovative Web3 Movie experience.
The company is also aiming to provide the Superman Web3 Movie experience through its latest NFT bundle offerings. This non-fungible token-based movie marketing promo is available for a limited time only.
The Warner Bros. Superman Web3 Movie Experience will sell standard and premium NFT bundles. According to Variety, the regular edition, which is priced at $30, includes an interactive navigation menu, an image gallery showcasing stills of the movie and behind-the-scene pictures, and the theatrical version of "Superman: The Movie." This standard edition will be on sale for one week starting June 9.
For the premium option, which costs $100, there will be three variations that can be bought separately, and these are the Truth, Justice and Hope. Each of them will include an illustration of Superman featuring Christopher Reeves. It can be an illustration from one of these DC artists - Bill Sienkiewicz, Ben Olive, or Ivan Reiss.
All of the variations have interactive location-based navigation that the buyer can explore, and three versions of the Superman films, which are the "Superman: The Movie" theatrical edition, "Superman: The Movie" extended TV edition and "Superman: The Movie" expanded director's cut.
And similar to the standard edition, the premium will also include previously released special features, behind-the-scene photos, and image galleries that show the film's costumes and other detailed images from the archives of Warner Bros. This edition will only be up for sale for 24 hours on June 9 from 8 a.m to 7:59 a.m. ET of June 10.
"For fans of this beloved and iconic film, Superman: The Movie is being released as an exclusive Web3 film and immersive digital collectible for the first time," Eluvio's CEO and co-founder, Michelle Munson, said in a press release. "As part of the WB Movieverse, consumers can easily watch, collect, and sell their film Web3 Movie Experiences on the blockchain, in the Movieverse marketplace."
