George Clooney and his pal Rande Gerber are rumored to be struggling due to their wives’ Amal Alamuddin and Cindy Crawford’s feud. The two women are said to have bad blood between them and the business partners are deeply concerned.
The alleged feud of Amal and Cindy
OK! Magazine wrote an article titled "George and Rande's Wives At War!" and it was claimed that despite the closeness of George Clooney and Rande, their wives are giving them a hard time because they are not on good terms. The women are said to simply don’t mix so they don’t click together.
The insider said Amal and Cindy have very little to nothing in common. Also, "Amal finds Cindy materialistic and Cindy's sick of being lectured about all things worthy whenever she hears from Amal."
This tension is said to be the reason why George Clooney and Amal always turn down invitations for a double date with Rande and Cindy. The couple has been invited to dozens of dates but they didn’t agree to any one of them.
"Cindy and Rande have lost count of the times they have invited the Clooneys for dinner, only for them to cancel with some lame excuse," the source allegedly told OK! The source added that the model doesn’t blame the actor for this but she thinks it’s all Amal’s Amal's doing.
With that tension between Amal and Cindy, now their husbands can’t go out together if their wives are joining them. The conclusion is that the husbands can’t do anything about the alleged feud as both women are strong heads.
The truth about George and Rande's wives' quarrel
It is true that Cindy Crawford and Amal Alamuddin are strong women who are very independent as well. They have made names for themselves in their own fields and succeeded. The former was a supermodel while the latter is a barrister who had a role in the British government over legislation.
However, Gossip Cop stated that it is not true that George Clooney and Rande Gerber’s wives are feuding. There is no reason why the ex-model may dislike Amal and in fact, the four of them actually go out for dinners. In fact, the “Batman” actor celebrated his last birthday not by throwing a big bash but by simply dining with his wife and the Gerber spouses.
