New York, Jan. 18, 2018 -- GIobal Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a leading independent global infrastructure investor today announced that Deepak Agrawal, Andrew Gillespie-Smith and Bruce MacLennan have been elected Partners of the Firm, effective January 1, 2018.

Deepak Agrawal joined GIP in 2007 and has been a key member of its Energy and Natural Resources Investment Team. He has played a significant role in a number of GIP’s investments, including Transitgas, CLH, Saeta/Bow Power, Gode Wind I, Borkum, Gas Natural, and Equis.
Andrew Gillespie-Smith joined GIP in 2008 and has been an important member of the Transport Investment Team. Mr. Gillespie-Smith played key roles in GIP’s investments in Gatwick, London City and Edinburgh airports as well as Great Yarmouth Port, Port of Brisbane and Terminal Investment Limited.
Bruce MacLennan joined GIP in 2006 as a founding member of the Investment Team. Over the years, he has spearheaded many of GIP’s activities in the Power sector, including GIP’s investments in Terra-Gen and CPV.
