Netflix has released yet another teaser video for their hit TV series 'Daredevil' and it seems that our protagonist is going to have a hard time in the upcoming season.
Matt Murdoch (Daredevil) is going to face not one but two foes in the second season of show as not only will he be facing the wrath of Elektra (Elodie Yung) but he will also have to face the threats that will come from Frank Castle (the Punisher) when he comes to Hell's Kitchen.
The two are clearly opposites of each other as Murdoch is known to only imprison the bad guys and serve justice to everyone. The Punisher (Jon Bernthal), on the other hand, is the direct opposite of the costumed superhero because he has no problems killing his enemies and using guns to do so.
With Murdoch's current situation, he might be suffering from an identity crisis as he tries to stop Punisher from his plans. Apparently, Matt is going to be devastated when he realized that suiting up as Daredevil opened the door for other vigilantes who do not share his strong moral code.
Charlie Cox, who plays Murdoch, explained in an interview the status of Murdoch saying "The emergence of Frank Castle in Matt Murdoch's world presents him with a real moral dilemma," Cox explained. "He looks at this man and he looks at the public view of this man and he can see the similarities between him and this person. I think this causes an immense emotional conflict inside of him and forces him, yet again, to question what he's capable of. What right does he have to engage in vigilante justice and all those things? It begins a journey that he doesn't know how to rectify and he doesn't know if his actions are the right way to solve anything."
