The new BYD Denza SUV model, DiSus N7, officially launched on July 3rd. This exciting lineup offers four models priced from ¥319,800 to ¥379,800 ($44,100 to ¥52,400). Additionally, two Air versions are available without the DiSus-A system option, ranging from ¥301,800 to ¥321,800 ($41,600 to $44,400).
During the launch event, BYD Group unveiled its "Advanced Intelligent Driving Assistance System" with the captivating design concept of "God's Eye." The system ensures comprehensive vehicle companionship, assistance, and rescue in every scenario. Safety remains BYD's top priority in developing this state-of-the-art assistance system, taking advantage of its advanced electronic architecture and full-stack self-developed capabilities.
The Denza N7 boasts two front-face designs featuring the family-style π-Motion kinetic aesthetic design language. Remarkably, it claims the title of the world's first intelligent hunting SUV, skillfully merging the advantages of an SUV, hunting gear, and coupe. Built on the leading pure electric exclusive CTB platform with an integrated battery chassis, it maintains an outstanding width-to-height ratio of 1.2:1 and a 0.618 golden ratio design.
Equipped with six screens, the Denza N7 offers an array of advanced driving assistance capabilities. The NOA system comes in two versions, differing mainly in radar and sensor components.
The Denza N7 presents single-motor and dual-motor four-wheel-drive options, powered by a 91.392kWh battery. The single-motor version packs a punch with a maximum power of 230kW and a CLTC range of 702km. On the other hand, the dual-motor four-wheel-drive version boasts impressive performance, including a maximum power of 390kW, acceleration from zero to one hundred kilometers per hour in mere 3.9 seconds, and a CLTC range of 630km.
The Denza N7 achieves a peak charging power of 150kW with a single charging gun. It can reach a remarkable peak charging power of 230kW with dual charging guns. Rapid recharging allows for a 350km range refill in just 15 minutes, while an additional 100 kilometers can be gained in a mere 4 minutes.
During the launch event, Zhao Changjiang, Chief Co-creation Officer of Denza, proudly announced that the new SUV model had already received more than 20,000 orders. Deliveries are set to begin in July, and the brand aims to deliver over 10,000 units monthly by year-end.
