New Client Acquisition and eCommerce Implementations
In 2016, LYONSCG signed more than 50 new brands across fashion and footwear, sporting goods, consumer goods, health and beauty, industrials and other categories. LYONSCG completed 76 eCommerce deployments across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento and SAP Hybris platforms. Leveraging its industry-leading project delivery model, more than 86% of projects were delivered on-time and on-budget, nearly twice the industry standard (source: Standish Group 2015 CHAOS Summary). Engagements included eCommerce site strategy, design, development and marketing; integrations with third party technologies; and hosting and support.
Expanded Global Operations
LYONSCG increased its footprint across the US and Europe, with new offices in New York and Dallas, and expanded offices in London. The company added 63 new employees in 2016, increasing head count across all functions, including development, project management, digital marketing, experience design and support. In addition, the company achieved 81 technical certifications across security, platform technologies and operating systems.
