Morgan's research interests include the many interactions between science, technology, society and the environment. He is particularly interested in the commercialization of space, consumer behavior and culture, technological innovation, the sharing economy and sustainable development.
Morgan holds Master's degrees in Cultural Anthropology from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales and in Heritage Studies from the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris. He completed his PhD thesis in the History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Melbourne.
