Prior to joining academia, I practiced as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in Washington D.C. I now teach antitrust and contract law at the University of Memphis School of Law. My research has appeared or is forthcoming in multiple journals, including the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, and Washington University Law Review.
