Harminder is a senior teaching fellow at Warwick Business School, and his interests are strategy, international business, innovation and employee relations. He has authored modules on strategic advantage, strategy and practice, international business and innovation and creativity organisations.
He also works as an independent management consultant with organisations as diverse as the Royal Festival Hall, UN – Independent Labour Organisation and the Family Welfare Association. Harminder has also been a national trade union official for the Manufacturing Science & Finance union, and seen how organisations work from different perspectives.
