Wolfgang Drechsler is Professor of Governance at Tallinn University of Technology and for Spring Term 2017 Visiting Professor of Public Management at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Governance, National University of Singapore. PhD University of Marburg, SocScD Corvinus University Budapest. He has served as Advisor to the President of Estonia, as Executive Secretary with the German Wissenschaftsrat during German Reunification, and as Senior Legislative Analyst in the United States Congress. Recent visiting professorships: NIDA Bangkok, Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta, Zhejiang, Louvain-la-neuve, Malaya, CUFE Beijing. Areas of interest include Non-Western Public Administration and Governance; PA, Technology and Innovation; and PA Reform generally; also, Political Philosophy and Economic Theory.
