Jézabel Couppey-Soubeyran est maître de conférences à l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne et conseillère éditoriale au CEPII, co-rédactrice en chef de « l’Économie mondiale » (coll. Repères éd. La Découverte) et de la Lettre du Cepii. Elle enseigne l’économie monétaire et financière et dirige une formation de 3ème cycle dédiée au contrôle des risques bancaires.

Auteur de plusieurs ouvrages d’économie académiques et grand public, elle a notamment publié Blablabanque. Le Discours de l’inaction (Ed. Michalon, sept. 2015), L’économie pour toutes avec Marianne Rubinstein (Ed. La Découverte, mai 2014, prix Lycéen Lire l’économie 2014), et Parlons banque en 30 questions avec Christophe Nijdam (Ed. La Documentation française, sept 2014).
