Leanne is the Head of the Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Discipline and a Professor of Management and Organisation Studies at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research explores the relationship between organizational strategy and discourse and how it impacts inclusion and innovation in organisations.
Leanne is currently working on research projects exploring the:
age diversity and recognition in organisations,
stigma as a catalyst for entrepreneurial action,
and the role of memory and commemoration in organizational development.
Leanne is Director of the Organisation Discourse Strategy and Change Group. This group belongs to a network of international researchers who share an interest in developing and applying discourse methods to the study of organisations.
