I am a researcher focused on practices of urban policy-making. Collaborative governance practices and the role of the State in policy areas related to the reduction of disadvantage are my main areas of interest. For example, I have conducted research on policy-making for urban revitalisation, cultural pluralism in cities and urban river catchment improvements. I am deeply interested in strengthening the links between practice and research, as well as knowledge exchange between South America and Australia. I worked as an planner in both Argentina and Australia between 2004 and 2014.
