I am a final year PhD candidate at Leeds Beckett University. My PhD investigates influence in the development and implementation of the UK Soft Drink Industry Levy (UK SDIL). My other research interests include advocacy, corporate communication, health policy and public health. Prior to starting my PhD I worked as a medical writer, and before that, I completed two masters in health promotion and exercise physiology in the USA.
